ON YOUR WEDDING DAY:
Staff Provided: 1 Lead Coordinator & 2 Assistant Coordinators
On-site coordination and management (up to 8 hours)
Act As Command for Vendors, Guests & Wedding Party
Ensure Vendors Have Arrived On Time, Run Interference If They Will Be Arriving Late
Directing ceremony processional and reception flow
Coordinate Starting of Speeches, Cake Cutting, 1st Dances, etc.
Ensure Gifts & Envelopes Are Turned In To Trusted Family or Friends
Emergency kit on hand and troubleshooting throughout the day

DIY Decor Set-up for Guest Count up to 200
15-30 minute phone consult to discuss client’s desired design concept
Review of set-up instructions or reference photos provided by the client
